One of the key things that can drastically grow your property business or any business for that matter, is mastering your marketing.
To hit your audience and bring in the right people to your business is all down to your brand, and what you are putting out there to show that you’re the right choice for them.
It comes into your property business in so many different places without you even realising. Let me break it down a bit more for you, so you can really understand how important this is.
When I first started investing in property, that was all I did, I focussed on the properties, making sure they were in the right areas, they were the right price and then set up properly for serviced accommodation.

What I didn’t really think about was the next step, marketing these properties. On Airbnb, booking.com, etc etc, I needed them to look attractive, and eye-catching and use the right descriptions to pull in the guests I wanted. This is the first marketing aspect of property investing.
Then as you grow more and get more properties into your portfolio it’s time for you to start thinking about your brand. And I don’t mean just coming up with the fancy logos and slogans (although that is important), it’s the social media posting, the website creation and email marketing. Then don’t even get me started on the paid ads and SEO optimisation.
I haven’t even gone into detail here but I’m sure some of you are reading that thinking to yourself there’s so much more to it than you first anticipated – I was exactly the same, sure I knew I needed to be marketing my properties, I just didn’t realise how much my business would rely on it.
Why Marketing is Important
I’m a big advocate of marketing, to be honest. It’s one of my favourite parts of a business, it’s where you can get creative and although there are many different parts to it, it can be easy to get your head around as long as you know what you’re doing.
I’ve read so many books; The 10x Rule by Grant Cardone, Traffic Secrets by Russell Brunson and Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki, to name just a few, and watched so many pieces of training on marketing and I still switch up my ‘tactics’ every now and then but now I know the do’s and don’t’s to build a property business.

I make sure all my mentees know all about the marketing rights and wrongs and go into this in so much depth in my courses, because I know if you really want to build and grow then it’s essential information.
My Room 22 members actually have a training session this week with the one and only Neely Khan, who has taught me so much, about copywriting and marketing secrets. So if you want to be a part of that head over to the learning programs and join the team of motivated property investors like yourself looking to get more success in their property business. If you’re constantly searching for the best free online Airbnb courses, then honestly you won’t need to look any further…
Oh by the way, did I mention you get 14 days free and can cancel at any time? Just something for you to think about 🙂
